Winter Creek Collective

The Winter Creek Collective is all about bringing together talented creatives to share their skills, knowledge and expertise with like-minded people and businesses in regional Victoria. It’s based on an ethos of collaboration, with liberal sprinklings of fun, kindness and a belief that together, we can help build a brighter future.

Collaborating with other people on interesting projects has always been one of my favourite things to do.

Current Opportunities – Winter Creek Workshops

Right now, I’m seeking expressions of interest for our Winter Creek Summer Workshops series. Subject to COVID-19 restrictions, the workshops will commence in late September and run through to the end of January 2021.

Workshops will be held at the Winter Creek studio in Maldon and can be as short as 90 minutes or run over two days. They’re an opportunity for you to showcase your expertise, share your knowledge and promote your business, idea or cause.

This year, workshops will be presented to small groups, in-person, with an option to share more widely via recordings.

The workshop series will be promoted with a fresh, authentic collaborative marketing campaign as well as paid advertising.

Who is this for?

This is for you if you have a creative skill or interesting idea that you’d like to share with regional Victorians. To date, our line-up includes:

  • Introduction to marketing for florists and flower farmers

  • Make your own terrarium

  • Floral bouquet arrangement

  • Writing as therapy (Introduction)

  • Christmas wreath-making

Are you interested in participating?

Then I’d love to hear from you! To find out more, please send an email to briefly outlining your workshop idea including:

  • Your name and any relevant information e.g. if you have a business, or perhaps this is a subject you’re passionate about

  • Type (or proposed name) of your workshop

  • Approximate length of your workshop

  • Any specific questions you may have

I’ll respond a.s.a.p with all the details, and how we can progress from there.

I look forward to hearing from you.
